This randomized controlled trial compared a multi-component naturopathic care bundle against psychotherapy in adults with anxiety. The primary outcome was the Beck Anxiety Inventory, with secondary measures covering SF-36 quality of life and fatigue. Ashwagandha was one component of the bundle rather than an isolated intervention, so the trial does not attribute its results to ashwagandha alone. No executive function, attention, or processing speed outcomes were measured.
