How often will I receive my subscription?

By default, subscriptions are scheduled every 30 days to ensure you never run out of FlowVeda®. However, you can customize your delivery frequency based on your usage; options include every 15, 30, 45, or 60 days. You can adjust this schedule anytime through your account dashboard under 'My Subscriptions.'

What discounts do subscribers receive?

FlowClub™ subscribers enjoy significant savings compared to one-time purchases. Essential (Silver) FlowClub™ members receive 15% off regular pricing, Edge (Gold) FlowClub™ members receive 20% off, and Prime (Platinum) FlowClub™ members receive 25% off. Can I pause my subscription temporarily?

Yes! We understand life happens, and sometimes you need to pause your deliveries. You can easily skip individual deliveries or pause your subscription for a specific time period by logging into your account, going to 'My Subscriptions,' and selecting 'Skip' or 'Pause' options. You can resume your regular schedule whenever you're ready. This flexibility ensures you only receive FlowVeda® when you need it.

How do I cancel my subscription?

While we hope you'll continue experiencing the benefits of FlowVeda®, you can cancel your subscription at any time by: 1) Logging into your account at flowveda.com, 2) Navigating to 'My Subscriptions', 3) Selecting 'Manage' next to your active subscription, 4) Clicking 'Cancel Subscription' and following the prompts. Alternatively, you can contact our support team who can assist with cancellation. Please note that cancellations must be made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery to prevent further charges.

How do I change my subscription plan?

You can easily manage your subscription by logging into your account at flowveda.com. Once logged in, navigate to 'My Subscriptions' where you can: 1) Upgrade or downgrade between Essential (Silver), Edge (Gold), and Prime (Platinum) FlowClub™ memberships, 2) Change your delivery frequency, 3) Skip deliveries as needed, 4) Update your shipping or billing information. Changes made at least 3 days before your next scheduled delivery will apply to that shipment.
